If a game night is cancelled due to inclement weather it will be announced here:   

In the event of inclement weather conditions, a decision will not be made until it is clearly evident to the competition committee, that conditions are unsuitable for play. Announcement will be posted no later than 5:30pm on game day.

It is the responsibility of each team captain to contact the Competition Coordinator, Billie Willis or check this website www.crookwellsoccer.org.au to see if the games scheduled have been cancelled.

General rule of thumb, games are typically only cancelled where there is hail or lightening.

In the event of matches commencing and later games from the same division being washed out, the complete round for affected divisions will be declared null and void.
